DMCA Policy

Blue WhatsApp follows the guidelines set by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to address copyright infringement concerns related to our platform. Our goal is to remain compliant with copyright legislation while safeguarding the interests of original content creators.

Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content on Blue Whatsapp infringes your copyright, send an official DMCA complaint to our Copyright Representative. It must include your signature, details of the copyrighted material, the URL of the infringing content, your contact information, and a sworn statement confirming you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send your complaint to: blueewts@gmail.com

How We Handle Copyright Complaints

Upon receiving a valid complaint, Blue whatsapp promptly removes or restricts access to the material, notifies the uploader, and gives them the chance to file a counter-complaint. Access may also be revoked for repeat violators.

Filing a Counter-Complaint

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-complaint. It must include your signature, details of the removed material, a sworn statement, your contact information, and a statement accepting the relevant federal court jurisdiction.

Send your counter-complaint to: blueewts@gmail.com

Upon receiving a valid counter-complaint, Blue whatsapp may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant provides notice of legal action.

Habitual Violators

Accounts or access may be suspended or terminated for repeat copyright violators.

Liability Disclaimer

Blue WhatsApp is not liable for delays or errors as long as we act in good faith. We do not get involved in copyright disputes between parties.
